At AKIRA, we want you to love your look, but if it's not a perfect fit, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all clearance items marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or your local AKIRA boutique.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
